Fire Island lighthouse

Not the ideal architecture lens for non-level shots but I do like how this works in the first image. Might take a while to find the sweet spot for when/where to use it. Looks like great DoF.

Hey Joe, you are really working that lens!

I like how both the ground and the sky drive the eye right into the shot on #1.

In #2 and 3 it looks like you were purposely working that WA distortion. If not, then as Ben suggests I would straighten the lighthouse in #2. With #3 I like the distortion and the sun star.

I like this set, but the geometric distortion of the second one is detracting.
Thank you Ben, I got the effect I wanted just not the results I saw in my head before i pressed the button. :)

Thanks Alan. thats exactly why I force myself to use lenses in different situations, I want to see all the capabiliies.

I'm trying, the WA distortion seems a little hard to tame at times. I do like how it looks when done correctly though. And thank you!
