I used a 300 mm lens, had the aperture set at 5.6 for short depth of field with a shutter speed of 1/3600 sec. Thanks for your feedback.Nice catch.
I am at least a little curious about your exposure settings and lens length for this image. I am left feeling like I would love to see a little more detail in this bug.
ISO? Can you bump it a bit to allow a higher f/stop for more DoF with at least the same or maybe even a slightly faster shutter speed? Your focus as dead on for the closer part of the bumblebee. You shouldn't need all that much DoF with 300mm but this feels just a touch shallow for what you might be able to capture.I used a 300 mm lens, had the aperture set at 5.6 for short depth of field with a shutter speed of 1/3600 sec. that's a viable option, I will try this next time.ISO? Can you bump it a bit to allow a higher f/stop for more DoF with at least the same or maybe even a slightly faster shutter speed? My solution is to wait for them to land. Good job, Roger.
