    It's almost Spring and I'm ready for the new growth. This is a memory from a past year.

    D750, Nikkor 80-400 @ f/5.6, 1/200 sec, ISO 1600, 330mm, hand held.

    We have things that are blooming in the NW but nothing with the color red yet. Those look nice.

    Thanks Jim. The backstory is that I was sitting on a relative's patio trying to capture a hummingbird. They weren't cooperating and to fill the action I saw this plant. Taking the shot with this long zoom at high ISO was out of the ordinary, but it seems to have worked. Maybe it'll start a trend :)... Mike
