Borrowdale today I went back

I was correct about the temperature inversion but it was fairly short lived. Up at 06:00 with the temperature just below freezing. I had a go at the over popular long exposure cloud look, I may process a more normal one later. Shots taken from the same location pointing in different directions. Comments welcome Ken PS I posted another image from this morning in the fall landscape area.

Very cool Ken. You were right on about that inversion layer.

My favorite is #2. I like having the mist sitting down there in that little pocket, it just really balances well.

I am with Jim on that second image - that little pocket of low clouds pulls me right into that scene.
