Good catch.
This is such a perfect image! Love the composition with just the cop and the baby and no other distracting elements, no one is walking across the image of in front of them. Even from the little I have done of Street Photography I know these moments are so fleeting, and will often have other people walking in front of them and by the time those people have walked through the frame, the subjects can have moved already.
