Sorry its a little dark, but those lights are BRIGHT compared to the rest of the scene. Just walking through and saw all this in our downtown area. Apparently, some guy was going around using fraudulent CC's and the restaurant owner stalled him long enough to alert the police. They took them into the station for like 2 hours while they found every other place they had gone, ended up towing their car away WOW.
