It was very difficult to fly my drone under such weather condition, about 15 degrees. The battery which last 30 mins under normal condition only lasted about 15 mins.
Right you are Alan. Brrrr!15 minutes well spent - delightful views from this vantage point.
Not entirely certain I would last outside much longer than the drone in those temps and this just fall![]()

Thanks Jim. I had to take off from the hood of the SUV since the snow was so thick and no place to take off. As it began to ascend the drone slipped and tried to catch it and hit my right thumb (stupid of me) and almost chopped it off. I had a few cuts and its healed now. I'll never ever do that again. Lesson learned!Awesome Lenny! Those aerial views are just so cool! I like them both, but especially #1.
Thank you. It was actually the first day of snowNice aerial imaging Nilo. I didn't know that area got so cold that early in the season.
