I was experimenting with the program flight options well before I had reflexes ready and the experiment did not end well. With the drone I had purchased a two year care/refresh package. Thankfully DJI appears to honor that package exactly as advertised. One visit to their website and I had an email containing the shipping label to send back the drone via UPS. It left me on a Friday, got to DJI the next Wednesday. It hit their system on Thursday and they shipped out a replacement on Thursday. Got back to me on Monday and after a minor kerfunkle with a loose sticker/label in the battery compartment all is well. DJI handled the sticker reasonably easily and has followed up twice to make sure all else is good. I have two more replacements left on the two year package and right now it is reassuring to have them.
