Beautiful work - I like the combination of the blooms and the glow to the water behind. Amazing you got smooth water and no motion in the dogwood branches/blooms.

That's a nice find Bob! I really like the golden light reflection, that is the frosting on the cake in my book.

William Neill has shot this several times before and since my time with him. When we were shooting together, I was standing just to his right which allowed me to catch the golden sun reflection which did not appear in his. Since that time, he has several shots where he was able to capture a similar scene. Of course, conditions have to be perfect with no wind to isolate the dogwood while the stream rushes behind. This image was achieved in a single shot.
