Today our Focus will be on Sunrises!

If you are like me, you have tons of Sunset photos. It's a lot easier to stay up then to get up. :)

So find your sunrise photos and add them to this thread.

I will start out with a couple from Trona Pinnacles in California. One of them is a repeat from a few week ago when we had a road theme, but it was a sunrise.... :)

Sunrise is my favorite time - calm, fewer people, and I can get there early enough to pick my spot. So here are a couple of favorites...

1) Mount Shasta from Lake Siskiyou on a cold December morning

2) Iceland's Diamond Beach - probably my favorite (3am) sunrise ever

3) Cholla Garden in Joshua Tree - I still have the scars on my legs

4) A portrait version of my favorite sunrise at Vermilion Lakes in Banff

Here are a few from Mt. Rainier.

I tried to guide my brother Brian up the Emmons Glacier a few years ago. We turned around at about 11,500 ft. due to his exhaustion/altitude sickness, but that gave us a chance to sit and watch the sunrise, which is normally happening behind you as you climb and don't have time to stop and take many pictures.
