On a rare Jan day a couple of weeks ago, the light looked promising with no clouds to catch that color. But the light made up for it.

As much as we like clouds, some scenes are better off without them. I think that's the case here. Love the golden glow in this.

Thanks Jim. I tend to agree about the clouds in this instance as the glow on the mountain is the main subject.
