Leica Monochrom Sensor Spectral Response

I tried and failed to find a spectral response curve for any M-Monochrom sensor today, even though it is said that Leica has published one.

Anybody got a link or have a copy please?

Elsewhere, a non-technical person is telling me that the sensor "measures luminance" which I find very hard to believe.

Found one for the type 246

Well, almost. That curve is for the type 246 + 50/1.2. Is there a transmission curve for the lens published somewhere separately?

I wouldn't expect a normal lens transmission curve to affect the sensor spectral response significantly for my purpose: which was to demonstrate elsewhere that the Leica response does not match the CIE luminous efficacy at lower wavelengths - whereas it was claimed that a Leica "measures luminance".

Above 530 nm, the Leica response matches the symmetrical CIE V(lambda) curve quite well so I flipped and super-imposed it.
