Making Friends (step 2)

I'm going to have to start driving with my camera on my lap, turned on & ready to go. Missed 2 foxes each with a mouse in their mouths this morning. Settled for the aftermath, after the 2nd one had consumed it's morsel.

Cute little fellas. Nice pose too.

I have seen some folks do the camera on the lap driving. It can be very distracting.

Yes, a 70-200mm lens could definitely get in the way or roll off my lap (which is why I've never done that). I used to have a camera bag in the passengers side footwell, but the majority of my stuff is currently in a storage locker. I may settle for having the camera bag between the seats unzipped & camera loosened bit.

Very cute Monika! I especially like #2.

I would definitely just have the camera on the seat next to you ready to go. You don't want to miss any of this.
