Been a while since I've visited San Diego. This was taken Monday and I was hoping to catch some dramatic clouds at sunset. Fell a little short.

You really got the blue hour here Lenny. My favorites are #2 and 4. But in #4, I would clone out the person that is dead center along the bottom, they really disrupt the flow. The surfer and the mom and child in the lower right really add to the shot.

Oh... and somehow I don't picture San Diego when I picture Oceanside. Not sure if Oceanside is in San Diego county perhaps? But I never relate the two since there is like 50 miles between Oceanside and San Diego.

I agree Jim. I will erase the lady.

#1 for me, the touch of pink is nice. I'd crop down to more of a pano view, taking some off the top and bottom to put more emphasis on the lights and nice reflection.
