Rosate Spoonbills in Rockport Tx

spending some time in this area and looking for some specific birds the Rosate Spoonbill in particular - managed to find them hanging out in a local farmers pond which you could see from the road - they have to be a cross between outer space aliens and flamingos but are so interesting

This is such a cool looking bird Marcy! Love the colors in it, and it does look so strange.
