Great images, John. What’s funny is that I just learned about Ship Rock today during one of my routine study sessions of Google maps in the southwest. I must visit this place!View attachment 50138

Ken, perfect images—I really favor the second image with snowy field, cloudy sky and the bare trees.I like minimalism so often produce images that are almost all space whether it is negative or not. KenView attachment 50142View attachment 50143View attachment 50144
Alan, the first two images are beautiful––the second is absolutely stunning, my favorite! I got a kick out of seeing your very flat tire shot––hope they had a spare!I have some minimalistic shots that fit for this task theme

Thanks John - the tire shot is is actually a bit of a salvage job scanned from an Ektachrome 64 slide taken in 1974. I think the dune field is now a subdivision.Alan, the first two images are beautiful––the second is absolutely stunning, my favorite! Nice shots, Douglas. I’m getting closer and closer to calling out sick from work for a road trip to Ship Rock…I'll admit that I did not know what negative space was. I had to do a little research. Now that I know, I have three images to share. I guess I knew intuitively how to use it.

Doug, all three of your images are perfect choices for the Task––and all three are gorgeous! The Shiprock image is stunning and I especially favor the White Sands shot.I'll admit that I did not know what negative space was. I had to do a little research. Jeffrey, I like your “outer space negative”—very nice image.I'm having a hard time finding any images from earth, so how about Outer Negative Space?

Jameel, the rising moon image is very nice—perfect for this weel’s task. The bear tracks were very interesting as well—what species?A couple from me.

Jameel, I was going to guess Polar Bears because of all the snow—thank you for letting me know.Polar Bears.
Me too! A beautiful image—love the colors and the reflection as well.
