In the middle of nowhere, 684 humans, 325 dogs, 600 steers, 1200 horses... It's near the roping capital of Arizona. Many ranchs, horse trailers, and a photographer

The railroad tracks look to be in better shape than most of the town. B&W suits the place well.

Back before Interstate 10 was finished US60 was the primary route from Phoenix to Los Angeles so the traffic going through Wittman was actually substantial. My parents grew up in Los Angeles and we used to drive to LA every summer to visit relatives. I have exactly zero memories of Wittman beyond it being one of the many uninteresting places we would drive through on the way up to WIckenburg.

This is really great Rick! I like the feel of the B&W, and also the desaturated image, giving these a feel of being old time photos.

Great job Rick! I especially like these one in which just the cars were in a subdued color. That has a really old time feel.
