    Been there done that Joe. Have you tried rescuing the images in photoshop with generative expand? For minor additions it works well although the addition is low resolution.

    Several in Dawson City, one at the start of the road near Dawson then the next is about 400 kilometres up the road. Advised to carry two spare tires as well and fuel cans.
