I already use an Orton technique and did on this image (almost all my images in fact), so it'd just be a matter of going back and masking it out.

Editing done, now it's time to select crop and color vs b&w. Gah! This image has so much potential it's just silly, sooo many good options!

I'm partway through my edit and all I've got to say is that Andrey / LionKing has some amazing detail work in that rendition. It's going to be quite challenging to produce an image that rises to that level. :) But that's good, just means it's more challenging, more effort, and more practice.
