Great shot Jim! Curious though? Why’d you choose to shoot f2.0 on the 1.8 lens? Is it to reduce star distortion issues?

Thank you Jim! I’d love to shoot the Huntington Beach pier one day. Normally these rocks aren’t exposed so it was awesome to see what comps it created with these rocks. I also like 2 a bit better and I’m really considering getting a print of it for myself!

Thank you Oliver! Parking wasn’t too horrible. Had to park a block away but I’ve seen it much worse. Lots of people walking on the pier so make sure to get there a little while before sunset so you can find parking.

It’s very busy at times Jim! Luckily I do live close enough to be able to get shots like this. Makes the 4am wake up call worth it!
