One of the best examples is the impressive (and often photographed) specimen at the western end of Lake Crescent in Olympic National Park. Here I captured images the progress from broad to detailed views of the tree.
I had to add one more - I was just redoing some shots from my trip to Kenya back in the 80s for a UHD slide show when I found this shot - one of my more dramatic singular tree shots, out on the Maasai Mara.
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
