This is from a few days back up by the Antelope Valley Poppy Preserve area. I don't usually get low to the ground when I shoot, but I did a little bit with this one.

Well, a Poppy sunrise that is. After a long night of Milky Way and Deep Astro shooting, this sunrise was a welcome gift. The Poppies are still closed because the sun isn't up yet, but I still think they look cool as when they are closed up they look like orange tulips to me. :)

These are from Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve in California last Friday. There are several trails that go through and around the preserve. This area is on the backside of the Reserve after the sun had started to pop out.

This is after the sun popped up and really helping the 360 degree wildflower color go nuclear in intensity in Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve in California the other day.
As a reminder the wind was blowing and it had been totally overcast for most of the day.

I ran out to the Poppy Reserve in Antelope Valley California. I found the Poppies are definitely Popping! :)
It was a day looking like it would rain the closer I got there, and when I got within a mile, all of a sudden out of no where the wind picked up and was blowing in the 25 to 30mph range...
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
