More playing around with Luminar sky replacement. I'm going think of this when shooting, good to look for trees against a bald sky, which is what I used here from the hike into The Wave. I always try to find such an element when shooting stars, but that is very difficult when trying for the MW...
Editing shots from our SW trip this morning with shelter-in-place time on my hands. The Blue Mesa in Petrified Forest NP already looks pretty other worldly so I took it a few steps further with some sky replacement etc. using Luminar.

I had a process that I wanted to try out and spent too long looking through my bank of photos, until I came across this one taken back in September, and thought it would work great for what I wanted to try. (color image, motion blur up, same black & white image, motion blur down, a little color...
Throwing this into the digital art section. Our afternoon at Athabasca Falls was during a light snowstorm leaving the sky as a featureless white blob. So I replaced it with a tracked Milky Way shot and went blue with the white balance.
What do you think?
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
