The spectacular sunrise we envisioned disappeared after a quick tease of pink in the sky, but it was still worth the effort to find this view of Mount Kidd in Kananaskis. Any thoughts are welcome.

Generally I like to exclude the works of humans in my landscape shots, but there is something about the open road that really appeals to me. The association of a path or road through an image also helps the viewer traverse the scene, a way in so to speak. Plus driving is a part of my DNA:) This...
