Hi friends! This last weekend was a much needed getaway to UT!! Jim and I meet up in Grand Junction From there traveled to Factory Butte, Capitol Reef, and SW CO around Ridgway. Here is an image from the Factory Butte area at sunset.

This aircraft sat alone in a field on the SE Utah/Colorado boarder. Not much else around except a poor excuse for a runway behind it. This person knew his/her stuff to land and take off from this air strip.

When I did finally make it past all of the cool rocks and got out to Crystal Geyser near Green River Utah, I was able to take my DJI Mini 2 drone and get some aerial views. I also have a Tour Guide video I did, but I wanted to start with the drone footage.

I had to share another pano, this time looking back at the point where most people park. We wanted a bit more privacy so parked our camper on the left.
Many of you have probably hiked up to Cassidy Arch in Capital Reef - very nice easy route, with a touch of slick rock scrambling near the end. If you were lucky you might have seen people taking off on the 8 rappel canyoneering route that starts behind the arch with a spectacular full rope...
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
