thanks jim. the fun thing with toy photography is you can break cannon and do whatever you want. originally this was supposed to be 2 stormtroopers with a helmet in one's hands looking down at it and the other with it's arm around it's shoulders. but i didn't bring the extra helmet and the arm around the shoulders looked awkward. so plan bb8.Hmmmm.... It's a good thing that storm trooper doesn't have wings, because this one isn't going to fly. Unless they are both drunk, BB8 would be running away beeping it's head off.
This is a cool looking image though. I think you needed to have added Rey in the background with her lightsaber out about to wack that storm trooper!![]()
nope. he came with bright shiny new armor. i stabbed him a few times with my pocket knife and splashed some watered down paint on him.Did the storm trooper come with armor that looks like it's been to armageddon and back? Fun setup for the shot.
thanks oliver. i can't wait to see what you do in bisti badlands with your figures.I love this, pepper !
This looks like a battlefield BB8, mine is going to Bisti badlands next month.
Oliver
it's 1/12 scale, the stormtrooper is about 6". jakks makes an 18" stormtrooper that might work well with an 8" bb8, but it's not highly detailed. there was another one too that was more detailed, but i don't remember who and it might not be available anymore.Pepper, is this an 8 inch BB-8 ? I have not seen large size storm trooper yet, I would love to get one.
Thanks
Oliver
the other large one i was thinking of was a medicom real action heroes 12" stormtrooper. too small for an 8" bb8. also, no longer available by medicom, so the prices are around $170 for an already overpriced $100 figure.Pepper, is this an 8 inch BB-8 ? I have not seen large size storm trooper yet, I would love to get one.
Thanks
Oliver
