American White Pelican

I found a group of 12 to 15 of these birds at a local lake. They were preening near the shore of the lake and giving me lot of interesting poses. It was difficult to isolate an individual bird, but I could not resist taking this shot of this pelican taking a wiz!

HI Alan, thanks and yes were are blessed to get an amazing assortment of birds. Some locals and some just passing through!
