"Backdoor"

I discovered it is very easy to miss a scene like this while walking around the city. If I wasn't paying attention I would have walked right by it in about three seconds. This was shot from the city sidewalk.

Nicely seen. I like the scene and the B&W works but there is a slight tilt to the left that's slightly distracting.
Alan:
That's interesting, because I did use the level tool inside of photoshop and level/straightened it along one of the verticals lines in the image.
I'll have to take another look or clean my glasses! :)

Thanks,

Tex

I noticed it with the horizontal beams for the floors. Maybe they are simply skewed architecture relative to the verticals. I have seen crazier things ....

Striking b&w and interesting scene.
I too sense a slight tilt, most noticeably in the right side verticals, but not enough to hurt the image very much. Adaptive WA adjustment in PS would handle this easily.

That is a great find Tex. A unique scene that I could see easily walking by, but how you captured it is really wonderful!

OK. I had to look up that "WA adjustment in PS", because .. well, I only know enough about PS to be dangerous! But I did find and applied it. Then I also used the Transform panel in Lightroom to add a slight final adjustment. So is this any better?

I think so.
