Bees.

Tried a few hand-held macro shots this morning, Raynox 250 on 45 200 zoom lens, small bees at the honey pot, they wouldn't keep still for a moment.

The second one feels like the best for its focal point. The shallow depth of field with a lens like this makes it hard to get a bug as big as the bee. I typically shoot them with a 100-400mm lens farther back to get a wider DoF. What f/stop were you using? You need to be almost as far down as your lens will let you go for a shot like this.
