Best Cloud Storage Solution?

I dropped Dropbox when they decided to start charging a few years back. Not that I really used it much anyway, so it wasn't a loss. But now I am thinking I have a future need, so wondering if anyone is using a cloud storage and how good it is. And if anyone knows of a free cloud storage, please let me know.

Thanks!

You get what you pay for...

Adobe offers cloud storage with a paid plan for their apps. Apple, too. If you're simply in need of good cloud based backup, try BackBlaze. Amazing deal and service.

Thanks Jeffrey. I don't want to use it for a backup, just a way to transfer larger files that would be way to big to email.

Hi Jim.. I still use DropBox for sending or sharing large files. I use the free version and just keep deleting files that are no longer needed. That way I don't go over the free limit of 2 GB. If your files are larger than 2GB the free version of DropBox will not work I guess.

If file transfer is all you need another option is WeTransfer.com. For under 2GB free version of Dropbox also works.

Thanks @Trent Watts and @Jameel Hyder. I just looked at Dropbox again the other day, I didn't see any free version at all. I will look again, maybe I missed it somehow. 2gb should work. I just want to be able to upload some raw images so they can be accessed by others.

i haven't used it, but amazon offers some free storage to amazon prime users. they also have cheap cold storage, but that's only an option if you rarely have to access the files.
