Hey Pete,

This is an interesting documentary type photograph. It isn't a Landscape Photograph by our definition. It would be better suited in a Documentary or Journalistic Forum. Which obviously we don't currently have.

This photo clearly has value, it's just finding the right location. Let me work on that.
