"Circuit Board"

I was able to enjoy the Chicago River Architecture Tour while I was in Chicago. I have no idea about the identity of this building. All I know is that I captured the image while I was on the boat tour. I tried doing some google image searching and could not figure out the name of the building. This is a very tall building, but I have rotated the image to present it this way. It just looks better.
UPDATE: Apparently, this building is 300 South Wacker Drive. What I called the "Circuit Board" is a map mural of the city downtown and the red item is the building location. What an interesting idea!
