Cloud over the Sanddunes

I was out on the Sanddunes back in my film days and grabbed this shot on Kodachrome 64 using the Rollieflesx SL66 and the 80mm lens. The slide was scanned and the scan processed in Photoshop.

Nice shot of this dune crest and a well framed scene.

Those old Rolleiflex cameras still command a pretty good price on the used market - still have yours? I used to shoot one of their twin lens reflex cameras back in the 1960's but it died a long time ago.

Awesome shot Larry! You scored with no footprints too!

What sand dunes are these, do you recall?

Hi Alan thanks for you nice comments on this image, they are appreciated! ;)

Yes Kathleen and both still have out Rolleiflex SL66s. I shot a Rolleicord twin lens reflex is high school and was a school photographer for our news paper and year book. I even shot sports with the TLR. I have been thinking about taking the SL66 out to see if it still works. I has been stored in a padded hard car and look like it might still work? I still have some film in the freezer that I could run test with! :)
