Great timing on this Larry! It's always fun to get bees with the flowers. I am used to seeing the pink Columbine up in the San Juan Mountains, so it's always a bit of a shock to see the yellow ones.

Hi Alan and Jim, thanks for nice comments on the Colorado Columbine. The yellow columbine is cultured and not natural; the natural flowers are pink or magenta and some times light blue.
