Dissapointment.

I was offered to view a ww1 restored bomber, a Fairy Gorden, the only one in the world I had to turn it down due to my chronic breathing problem limiting me to a few steps before a few minutes rest. I believe the aircraft is waiting for delivery to the US, I may find out more shortly.

Oh man, that's too bad you had to miss that. A fully restored WW1 bomber would have been something to see. Hopefully you will get a chance with another bomber.

I made an error, not ww1 but between the war years, this aircraft was flying with the New Zealand air force in 1939.
