Interesting take on an iconic photo subject. Is this film or a digital film grain filter? The grain fits this image quite well.

It was shot with a 5mp digital camera, then I made it look like film and toned it like you would see in a Delft blue print on china, common in Holland, often printed on plates to hang on the wall or ceramic tiles, typically quite more contrasty than a photograph.
