Fall Trees in Bear Creek Park

Thinking warm thoughts and processing fall images. This image is from a walk along a trail in Bear Creek Park.

Looks quite nice with the fall leaves.

You are going to hate me - I recorded 69.3º today at my house and spent the day getting started on spring cleanup tasks and taking pictures of flowers. I even mowed the grass. That said the high today was one degree shy of a record and the rains will be back on Sunday. This was just a teaser.

What was the date on when this was captured? I am curious as to if I can go down there this coming year after I do my normal Fall Color trip in Minnesota.

I don't hate your for that comment about the weather, I have great knowledge of teaser weather. It was 72 degrees F here in Denver today with beautiful blue skies and nice sunshine, tomorrow we are expecting a high temp of 44 degrees with mixture of snow and rain over night and into the day!

Most years the cottonwoods and other hard wood trees turn color between mid to late October.
