Getting Started

I got some wonderful cloud conditions last night for a colorful sunset and wasn't disappointed. This is just after the sun disappeared over the horizon as the colors got started in the high clouds. Five panels at 24mm. View this as wide as you can.

Thanks Michael - it was nice to get some clouds last night. I had to add that left side panel to include the moon once I saw it over Vancouver Lake.

Thanks Jim - it was a 2 battery sunset (1/2 hour each) and this was still early on the first one

Thanks Jameel - happily I was at home and saw it getting started out my office window so I grabbed the drone and an extra battery and dashed out to my deck to launch.

Thanks - the sun had just disappeared below the horizon and the open skies beyond the lowest layer of clouds was clear to juice up the colors.
