IC447 Reprocessed

Original taken 1/27/23 About 5 1/2 hours of 5 min subs Reprocessed using the new GraXpert script which had an improvement.
The down side, I processed this with poorly taken flat calibration frames and did not save the Master's.
Not bad considering, but a faint image like this requires more data with the best of conditions and calibration, and I will be taking the stars on shorter seperate images.
I wanted to put a stake in the ground to improve on later this winter.

I like it Ed! I think this looks really nice. Even if it can be improved upon with more integration, this is still really nice.

I have yet to try GraXpert, but it looks like I need to.

This looks good considering the consatraints. Are you processing in PixInsight? I bet Noise Xterminator could help this out a little too.

Agreed, but until then since you are posting it as-is anyway, if you have access to Noise Xterminator I would try it out and see how you like the result. It is pretty transformative IMHO.
