It Was Cold!

This is from back in February of 2024, I had met up with Oliver @BlackRockArt to capture Horsetail Falls on Fire. I captured this in the morning. Upper Yosemite Falls is down to a trickle, but it sure looks cool, I mean cold!

Good sized ice buildup at the base of falls too. Nice display of the wintery temperatures.

Beautiful, Jim.. just a small picture to enjoy the detail of the waterfall.. a picture size to the width of the page where the picture is inserted would be cool.
I love waterfalls. How high is this waterfall?

This is Upper Yosemite Falls, it's 1430 feet tall. The combined height of Yosemite Falls as a whole is like 2425 feet. I think it's the 5th highest waterfall in the world.
