Mineral Ridge Overlook

Was able to go out this past week with several students from my summer job on a hike to Mineral Ridge. Mineral Ridge is on Lake Coeur d'Alene and was able to get a few little snaps. Sweet - one of my favorite places in northern Idaho. The lake is gorgeous and your shots of the surrounding scenery bring out the beauty of the small scenes in the area. I love your pine cone shot.

Hey Adam!

These are really cool. Idaho is a place I have only really passed through, and that only a few times. I have thought recently though that I needed to do a trip just to Idaho because I do know it's super beautiful.

Your images convey that beauty really well. I like how you got a 'S' curve in the body of water in #1. And I like the creativity in #2 how you limited the DOF to get the pine cone in focus. #3 is one Alan would really love as he loves mushrooms!
