Last of the Sri Lankan Wildlife, but still more birds to come.

Indian boar, Sus scrofa cristatus

Water Buffalo, Bubalus arnee migona

Sri Lankan Elephant, Elephas maximus maximus

Indian Palm Squirrel or Three-striped Palm Squirrel, Funambulus palmarum

Sri Lankan Axis Deer or Ceylon Spotted Deer, Axis axis ceylonensis

I liked all the photos. The boar is great as I had no idea about that long snout. And of course, the trotting small-eared elephant is a favorite too.

Nice series. The water buffalo is more blue than the ones I remember seeing in Kenya. And the elephant has much smaller ears, too.

The water buffalo is my favorite, but they are all cool. It's funny just how long the snout is on that boar.
