Looks like a nice early summer day at that park. Nice skies and clouds.

I kind of feel like this would benefit from a bit more shadow recovery to make the park valley feel a little less blocked out. It's the middle of the scene and begs to be the focal point but in this case is too dark to assume that role.

It's nice how wide open part of that is. It's a change of pace from the Red Rocks which the park is named for.

I reprocessed the image and opened the shadows in the mid-range as per your suggestion. The modified image is posted below, I think the original image captures the scene as I visualized it.
