Finally, something other than snow here in the Colorado mountains! Though it's snowing again today, supposed to be 4"...... Took a bit to remember how to do this

You need to be seriously focused on the ground to pick out these blooms judging by the scale of the pine needles in front. Looks like you remembered how to shoot them just fine with this shot.

Thanks, Alan. They're not terribly small, and the color stands out. But now they're covered in snow.
