Playing around with an abstract crop of the twilight pond scene I posted recently. Which one do you like better, b&w or color?

I like the color - the gradients of the sky make the scene work for my eyes.

Tough choice Amy! I can't disagree with Alan's choice, but then the B&W is appealing too. I have been in a B&W mood though lately, so that may account for that.

BTW, I am really liking your recent B&W work, having true blacks in them as you process really is a huge part that some miss when converting, but you have got that going.

Thanks guys! I like the color one for the same reason. But the B&W's minimal feel makes me think of an album cover (I've always wanted to do album covers).

Jim, I appreciate your compliment on my B&Ws I've been gravitating toward B&W but I feel I need a class or tutorial on how to process them. I just try things until it looks good without knowing what I'm doing
