A quick trip to buy some furniture on Monday but stopped by the coast as the weather looked promising. The wind at about 20mph onshore and have just recovered from a storm over the weekend with winds gusting over 90mph so the sea should be disturbed. I arrived about an hour after high tide so safer falling tide although some of the waves were much larger than normal but I was standing behind large rocks to keep safe. In the end a few splashes were all that happened. I could see better compositions but they were too risky to try.
This is St Mary's lighthouse a long exposure to make the clouds streak
A short walk to the North and a scramble down some small cliffs brings me here
A crop highlighting the textures of the waves breaking offshore
Lastly a long exposure
