Shattered

Sometimes when things get shattered they become incredibly beautiful ; more beautiful then before.
I think I posted this before a long time ago, but I just did a re-edit completely changing the contrast, vignetting, sharpness zones, etc.. This was glass underneath a ground light, (a light under levels of glass on the sidewalk in LA) Which crop do you like most ?

Interesting shot.

Crop #2 for me. The OOF area in the front of the first one makes the focused part of the subject seem far off in the image where the second one pulls my eyes right into the glass patterns.

I agree with Alan, that OOF area in front is pretty distracting, so #2 eliminates most of that.

#2 for me too. Interesting texture. I feel like it would be great if there was a little more light coming through in order to appreciate the texture more.
