I will agree with Alan, that's one of the coolest hot air baloons I have seen. Just thinking about how it was designed and built is amazing.

Apart from coolness factor of the shuttle balloon, it’s size relative to the others is amazing.

If I remember correctly, it rarely flew because the conditions had to be perfect -- it was not as stable and controllable as the more conventional balloons. It was amazing to see.
