Surprise Snow

The weather man predicted 1 to 3 inches of snow over night Thursday and Friday. Well, this is what we woke up on Friday; the weather man struck (out) again!

My back hurts just looking at all that snow. Good reminder that it's not spring yet.

If any of what's hanging out over us this weekend is headed your way there will be a lot more. We are looking at 2-3" of rain between this morning at Tuesday morning. Temperatures are in the mid 50s so not frozen here.

meanwhile they predicted up to 22" for us last week and we got 1-3".

Hi Alan we need the water here in Denver, but I would have preferred it arrived in the form of rain!

Yup - you don't have to shovel rain Good thing in my opinion since 1" of rain is about 10" of snow and I have recorded 24" of rain since October 1 at my house.
