Turret Arch and a Juniper Tree

This image was taken in 1978 using my Rollieflex SL66 and the 80mm lens. the color negative was scanned recently and the scan was processed in Photoshop. In subsequent trips to Arches NP after 2010 the old Juniper tree was gone.

Always nice to see snow surrounding scenes in red rock country. Kind of looks like the tree was approaching its Best Used By date even back in 1978.

Thanks Alan, it is nice to see snow on red rock country. My wife was in seventh heaven being there with the snow, something she has often wished for! You are right that juniper tree was getting a little long in tooth!

I was pleasantly surprised that a 57 years old color negative could be scanned and make such a good image!
